Answer: Here is an example of what a typical day would look like as a guest at  a rehab center:

6:00 a.m.- Awake/Hygiene
7:00 a.m.- Breakfast/Reflection
8:00 a.m.- Individual, Couples, and/or Family Therapy or Recovery Meeting
10:00 a.m.-12:00p.m. – Relapse Prevention Groups
12:00 p.m.- Lunch/Reflection
1:00 to 3:00 p.m.- Chemical Dependency Psychoeducation Groups
3:00 p.m.- Behavioral Health/Psychotherapy Groups
4:00 p.m.- Nutrition and Health Group
5:00 p.m.- Dinner/Reflection
6:00 to 8:00p.m.- Recovery Meetings/Physical Wellness Activity
8:00 to 10:00 p.m.- Self-Care and Recreation Activities (at residence)
10 p.m.- Bedtime

Question: “What kinds of clean and sober recreational activities a rehab center offers their guests?”

Answer: There are a multitude of clean and sober recreational activities on-site within the residential quarters that include swimming, tennis and basketball courts, a movie theater and a recreation room. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy physical wellness activities outside of the residential environment in a clean and sober setting.
